Today's topic is Hamukichi! The doodling on the top is the Hamukichi sleeping.
Yuki : Even looking at only his ear, he looks cute!
Yesterday night, he put too much food in his mouse, looked painful. He run to top floor and split all the food out. This is the way how he gathers his foods.
I'd like to talk about worms again. The image at the top is a side view of worm house, and the image at the bottom are an above view of it.

layer 1 : paper-cover makes worm house dark so that worms will be relax.
layer 2 : Hamukichi's paper bedding with vegetable waste. They eat and poo and make good earth.

Some worms are come up to surface. They look surprising when I find them. And it's interesting too see Hamukich's left over food(seeds) sprout.
I saw daikon radishes at farmer's market. I haven't seen it for while, so I some how feel very happy to see them. The daikon farmer sells $1,00- each daikon. I bought biggest one!
When I back to home, I found flowers between daikon leaf. It's tiny little purple color flowers.
Nyankichi sensei : Hmmmm, maybe it grows too much, I guess the taste is not good.
Yuki : yea, but since it looks cute, I think it's okay!
Frog : wow...plant are amazing..
I'd like to show off my relationship with Hamukchichi instead of the alphabet illustrations. Recently Hamukichi and I have been really well.
1. He comes to my hand soon after I put hand in front of his house.
2. Not only gabbles up his feeds, he walks towards me.
3. He walks walks walks...
Yuki : Oh hamuichi be careful you will fall out! fufufufufu♥

You can buy cheap wine at Trader Joe's. How cheap is it? ..........it's only $1.99-!
Nyankichi sensei : It's cheaper than Orange Juice!!
I cannot complain the taste, yea, it's cheap!
Yuki : It's not so bad~
Nyankichi sensei : have some cheese, it's good with wine.
Frog : I think it's better to have cheap wine when you get drank little bit.
The worms friend gave me keep making dirt every day from vegetable waste.
Yuki : good morning~ worm! It's time for breakfast!
Frog : OMG.....
I was trying to see worms bus they move so fast. At the same time I open the tap, they hide under the soil. I couldn't see them..
Nyankichi sensei : Nothing is here!
Frog : …….good…
Maybe it's good that they don't gather at the same time. it could be little bit scary.
I read a blog about a father and children in Fukushima, Japan. http://akagidesigns.blog.so-net.ne.jp/index/2 In the blog, kids are wearing small pink tags called, Glass Badge. The badge can measure total amount of radiation the person suffered but cannot alarm when the person approaches to higher radiation place. Also the badge doesn't show how much radiation the person suffered until s/he send it to special institution.
Yuki : I did not know that!!
Frog : I've heard of it before. It's shock when I actually see it.
It's so sad that kids cannot enjoy having picnic when it's good weather. hmmm!
I had a dream which made me tired. In the dream, I was woriking on something and it never end. I thought I am going to be a lack of sleep. Then, I wake up. hmmmmm.
The Worm House!! It is 2 story apartment(?!) and have cardnboard wall srrounding their them. Between first floor and second floor, there are two wooden sticks to keep the some distance eachother. Also the very bottom of the apartment, there are one more box for catching extra water.

My poo garden friend, she will move back to Germamy so I will take over her worms to make a nice durt. I will have workshop about how to take care of worms from her tomorrow!
I got unusual gift from my friend. It came with toilet paper's core part. When I took the core out, a sunflower sprout appeared! such a happy gift :)
I bought a basket of strawberries, it was $3.00-! Good price! The biggest one was about the same length with my middle finger, huuuge strawberry!
Hamukichi turn to 2 years old in April, so I gave him extra roon as birthday gift. It's a fish tank and can connect with hamukichi's house. Soon after he found a new room, he started to dig a hole.
The average life expectancy of Hamuster is about 2 years. I hope hamukichi can live his life longer.
