そう、ステンレスの小さいのを使ってますよ。Yukiさんのよりもう少し小さいのをね。朝起きたら歯磨いて、顔洗って、ティファールの湯沸かし器で、ちょっとだけお湯わかして、タンブラーに入れて残りをカップに入れて、いきなり飲んだら熱いので少しお水を加えて、適温にして白湯を飲みますよ。体温と同じくらいの温度の白湯がいいと聞いていますよ。にゃんきち先生の得意そうな顔。
